Who we are
Wild Hunch Studios ("we") runs this website. You can reach us at support@wildhunchstudios.com.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form. Your name, email and message, so we can reply. It arrives in our email inbox and we keep it only as long as the conversation needs.
- Newsletter. Your email address, so we can send studio news. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, or by asking us.
- Playtests. Your email, the platform you'd play on and, if you give it, your Discord name, so we can invite you to test that game. We keep them until the game's playtests are over or you ask us to remove you. Playtesters must be 16 or older.
- Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person without tracking you across sites.
- Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no selling or sharing your data for marketing.
- Trailers come from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play.
Stored on your device
We remember whether you picked day or night mode, in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@wildhunchstudios.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
